Je to rok &#8222;velk\u00e9ho t\u0159esku&#8220;, bod zlomu, kdy se mzdov\u00e9 \u00fa\u010detnictv\u00ed a personalistika definitivn\u011b zbavuj\u00ed analogov\u00fdch okov\u016f. Stoj\u00edme p\u0159ed hloubkovou transformac\u00ed, kter\u00e1 vynucuje p\u0159echod od pasivn\u00ed administrativy k aktivn\u00edmu \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed dat.
